I wanted to give you an easy recipe to help you with your fat shredding journey. It was featured on Dr. Oz & I have been using it daily for a while now.
I find that it is very refreshing, reduces my appetite & allows me to not get that tired feeling once I have eaten my lunch.
I drink it right before breakfast, lunch & dinner. Here it is:
1 Cup Grapefruit Juice (not all grapefruit juice is created equal so try to find one that is nothing but grapefruit juice).
1 Tablespoon Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (I use Braggs).
1 Teaspoon of Organic Honey
